Scope of this Policy<\/h2>\n<p>This Policy covers personal data processed through the LMS and associated services (enrolment, assessments, certificates, forums, webinars, helpdesk, email\/SMS notifications). It also covers pages on the Site that relate to your learning experience. What we collect<\/h2>\n<p>We collect information that you provide directly and data generated by using the LMS.<\/p>\n<h3>3.1 Information you provide<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Account &amp; profile:<\/strong> name, email, password (hashed), profile photo, job role, organisation\/school, country\/region, bio, preferred language.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Course enrolments &amp; submissions:<\/strong> course selections, lesson activity, quiz answers and scores, assignments, uploaded files (e.g., lesson plans), reflections, forum posts, messages to instructors, attendance logs, certificate claims.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support &amp; communications:<\/strong> enquiries via contact forms (e.g., Brevo), email threads, helpdesk tickets, feedback surveys.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payments &amp; invoices (if applicable):<\/strong> billing details, transaction references (we do not store full card numbers\u2014payments are handled by our processor(s)).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.2 Information collected automatically<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Usage &amp; diagnostics:<\/strong> pages viewed, time on task, lesson\/video playback analytics, clicks, crash logs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device &amp; network:<\/strong> IP address, device type, operating system, browser, approximate location (city\/region), referrer\/UTM, session IDs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies &amp; similar tech:<\/strong> session cookies, LMS progress cookies, analytics cookies, consent records (see <strong>Section 10<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.3 Single Sign\u2011On (Google Sign\u2011In \u2014 optional)<\/h3>\n<p>If you choose Google Sign\u2011In, we receive your Google account <strong>name<\/strong>, <strong>email address<\/strong>, and <strong>profile ID<\/strong> to create or link your LMS account. You can revoke access in your Google account settings at any time.<\/p>\n<h3>3.4 Learning tools &amp; integrations<\/h3>\n<p>Depending on the course, we may use integrated tools that process learner data on our behalf:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Tutor LMS (WordPress):<\/strong> enrolments, progress, quizzes, assignments, certificates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>H5P \/ xAPI content:<\/strong> interaction events (e.g., task attempts, scores, timestamps).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video hosting (e.g., YouTube\/Vimeo):<\/strong> streaming analytics; we use privacy\u2011enhanced mode where possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email &amp; messaging (Brevo) &amp; WhatsApp Business:<\/strong> course notifications, reminders, service updates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Webinars\/meetings (e.g., Zoom\/Google Meet):<\/strong> registration details and attendance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analytics (if enabled, e.g., GA4\/Matomo):<\/strong> aggregated usage statistics to improve the LMS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\nWe configure these services to minimise data collection. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>We operate services that may process data in <strong>Bangladesh<\/strong>, the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>, the <strong>European Economic Area (EEA)<\/strong>, and other countries where our providers host systems (e.g., the <strong>United States<\/strong>). Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>Your rights depend on where you live. Learning analytics &amp; research<\/h2>\n<p>We may analyse de\u2011identified or aggregated learning data to evaluate course effectiveness and improve pedagogy. We publish only anonymised insights. If a course involves additional research beyond normal operations, we will provide a separate information sheet and consent process.<\/p>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>13. Children\u2019s privacy<\/h2>\n<p>Our LMS is designed for <strong>adult educators and school staff<\/strong>. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
